The RJO Sprint runs over 90 days, structured into four phases: Discovery & Audit, Strategy Design, Activation & Enable, and Review & Optimise. Each phase has clear milestones and weekly working sessions.

How is Fractional Digital Strategy priced?

Fractional Digital Strategy is a monthly retainer engagement. Pricing is scoped based on the level of involvement required — typically a set number of days per month. We agree scope and investment upfront so there are no surprises.

Do you work with businesses outside South Africa?

Yes — we work with clients across South Africa and internationally. All engagements can be delivered remotely, and we have experience working across multiple time zones from our APAC background.
